Q&A

Honest questions, honest answers

The questions parents actually ask — including the uncomfortable ones. If yours is missing, ask us at [email protected].

Safety

Why is WisoraAI safe for kids?

Every message — the question and the answer — is checked by two independent AI safety layers before your child sees it. The layers run on separate systems, so a mistake by one is caught by the other. When neither is sure, the message is blocked.

Why does it sometimes respond slower than other chatbots?

Because those safety checks take real time. Apps that answer instantly skip the double inspection; WisoraAI does not. We chose safety over speed, and we would make the same choice again.

Voice replies also arrive a bit late. Why?

Voice messages travel through exactly the same safety pipeline as typed ones — transcription, two safety layers, then speech. The delay is the checking, not a technical fault.

Is voice mode risky for privacy?

No. Your child's speech is converted to text on the device itself. The audio never leaves the phone or tablet — no server ever receives, stores or hears a recording.

Why can't my child send photos?

We cannot control what a child might photograph, and no filter judges images perfectly. So there is no photo feature at all — a deliberate safety decision, not a gap.

What if an innocent question gets blocked?

It can happen — the system blocks whenever it is not sure. The blocked message appears in your parent panel with its category, and blocked messages never cost credits. We prefer a false alarm to a missed danger.

What if my child tries to trick the filter?

Known tricks — creative spelling, character substitutions, switching languages — are recognized and resolved before the safety check runs. And the attempt itself shows up in your panel.

Parents & accounts

What can I see as a parent?

Everything that matters: blocked messages with category and time, and normal conversation summaries. Full transparency is the point of the product.

Why is there no separate child account?

Collecting children's account data is exactly what child-privacy laws warn against, so we don't. Both devices sign in with the parent's own Google or Apple account; children only get profiles inside it.

How many children can I add?

Up to 4 profiles per account, each with its own age band, language, limits and settings.

What do the age bands change?

Language complexity, how strictly sensitive topics are handled, and defaults: at 7–9 read-aloud starts on and voice input starts off; at 13–15 misinformation protection is strengthened.

Can my child browse the whole internet through it?

No. Web search runs only on the sites you have approved in the panel. The list starts empty — you decide what goes on it.

I forgot my parent PIN. Now what?

Reset it via e-mail verification from the app. Your child cannot do this without access to your e-mail.

Can I delete our data?

Yes — export or permanently delete everything from inside the app, no support ticket required.

Plans & availability

Why credits instead of unlimited?

Two honest reasons: every answer has a real processing cost (generation, double safety checks, voice narration), and unlimited AI screen time for a child is not something we want to sell. You also get a daily limit dial per child.

Which languages are supported?

Turkish, English, Spanish, Portuguese and French — the full experience: interface, answers and both safety layers. Safety checks follow the actual language of each message.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days on both plans, through the App Store.

When is Android coming?

It is planned for an upcoming release. WisoraAI is currently live on iOS (iPhone and iPad, iOS 14+) in 146 countries.

Let them ask. Stay in control.
